Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

o Create deliverables and perform System Validation activities ensuring that the SW builds are compliant with the System Requirements
o Implementation and execution of manual and/or automatic functional and non-functional test cases, regression and smoke tests
o Document the result of the test case execution
o Basic knowledge of SDLC (e.g. V-Model)
o Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python)
o Good written and spoken English

• Understand system requirements;
• Design test case specifications based on system requirements;
• Organize reviews for test case specifications with experienced colleagues;
• Implement test cases in the format requested by the testing tools used;
• Perform test runs and analyze results of the executed test cases;
• Create test reports according to the process;
• Communicate test results with development team;
