Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

● Good knowledge of Python, C++ or other programming language
● Knowledge of V cycle development model;
● Ability to understand Customer and System requirements and derive test cases for medium to high complexity functionalities;
● Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded system applications; Knowledge of communication protocols in automotive applications (CAN, SPI, LIN);
● Ability to use testing equipment (power supplies, multi-meter, oscilloscope);
● Ability to train and support other colleagues on tools, process and your technical area of expertise; Able to act as Test coordinator for small projects;
● Good written and spoken English; Good mastery of technical English;

● Understanding of Software and system requirements;
● Design of mid to high complexity test cases, based on Software requirements;
● Implementing mid to high complexity test cases in scripting language, complying with internal guidelines;
● Organize reviews for your implementation with other testers; Participate and give input as reviewer for other testers;
● Perform test runs and analyze results of the implemented test cases;
● Train and/or offer support to other colleagues. Act as mentor for new colleagues;
