    You come with:

    • Minimum 2 years experience in talent acquisition;
    • Good planning, prioritization, and reporting abilities;
    • C1 English level;
    • Customer-oriented & consultancy skills;
    • Excellent organizational skills;
    • Good team player & pragmatic style;
    • Proven track of results delivery.


    Your Day in Conectys:

    • You will be involved in the end to end recruitment projects;
    • You will do talent acquisition mapping;
    • You will source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking;
    • You will build and strengthen stakeholder management to be able to streamline and improve service delivery.
