You come with:
• 3 years in a similar position in BPO industry;
• People management experience;
• C1 level English;
• PC skills: MSOffice;
• Contact Center Business Acumen & Strategic Solutions.
Your day in Conectys:
• You will define Operations Workforce Management (WFM) policies, processes, and procedures applicable in all Conectys Delivery Sites (including methodologies, tools, and other procedural elements);
• You will design frameworks and secures adequate business forecasts and operations reports to support effective business decision;
• You will liaise with peers in business support departments (PMO, HR, IT, Facility, Legal, Finance, Sales and Marketing) to align WFM and Operations Reporting infrastructure, policies, processes, procedures, and strategic plans;
• You will liaise with Regional Delivery Managers to facilitate bidirectional communication and to support regions’ capabilities for adequate implementation of WFM and Operations Reporting policies, processes, procedures, and action plans.
• You will secure the competitive position of Conectys by continuously scouting for and securing implementation of WFM and Operations Reporting solutions (including methodologies, certifications, tools, automation, and other sources of competitive advantage).
• You will manage the Global Operations Support Center Performance Management Team and resources.
