    Requirements

    You came with

    - Proficiency in English C1 in the European Language Framework.
    - Excellent written communication skills.
    - Advanced skills of using Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.).
    - Capability to design and implement effective employer branding strategic and tactical plans.
    - Minimum 5 years of experience as Employer Branding Specialist in at least 2 organizations.
    - Proven records of Employer Branding projects.
    - Availability to work permanently or temporary remote.

    Responsibilities

    Your day in Conectys

    - You will oversee all employer branding strategies, policies, procedures and tactical plans design.
    - You will coordinate employer branding related matters implementation across Conectys legal entities.
    - You will ensure adequate staffing of the coordinated EB team, manage team’s and individuals’ performance.
    - You will create business plans and ensure management and implementation of tools and infrastructure for the EB function.
    - You will support education and training concerning employer branding topics.
    - You will offer specialized employer branding support to local stakeholders and helping with local customization, for all employer branding procedures.
    - You will ensure compliance with copywriting, GDPR and other applicable laws for all employer branding deliverables.
