    Our colleagues in the Source to Pay (STP) team are looking for an Accounts Payable Helpdesk Associate with Polish. The Source to Pay (STP) team manages and caries out the entire Source to Pay process for Europe and you’ll be part of a team of 8 associates.
    In this role you will be responsible for partnering with our stakeholders to resolve foreign language queries, to drive the timely payment of vendor and expenses transactions.

    Required
    • High School Diploma or equivalent and significant experience in a related field required
    • Language Skills: English and Polish
    • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to work in a multi-task, team environment
    • Strong customer service focus
    • High attention to detail
    Bonus Points
    • University Degree or equivalent in finance or a related field
    • Experience with SAP ERP system
    • Experience in finance or related field
    • Strong time management skills
    • Strong knowledge of service centre processes including procurement and finance
    • Effective problem solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraints
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service centre environment
    • Training and certification in Six Sigma or LEAN
    • Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally

    Responsibilities

    HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    In this role you will, you will ensure that STP deliverables are at an agreed level of quality and are delivered within a strong internal control framework, abiding by Kellogg Corporate Accounting Policy. You will oversee that the processing of all vendor queries is done timely, working alongside the business process outsourcing partner to ensure that overall deliverables are met. Also, you will be coordinating resolution of outstanding items with vendors, procurement, supply chain team and wider Kellogg organization working cross functionally to facilitate resolution.
    Also, as a member of the Source to Pay (STP) team, you will also be assisting other processes related to reporting, trading programmes and the management/resolution of GRIR related queries. Moreover, you will ensure consistent application and adherence of all Kellogg STP policies (accounting and compliance), as well as adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), whilst performing other responsibilities assigned by GBS Leadership.
