    Acting as the central point of coordination for all phases of assignment activities, you will deliver impeccable customer service and recommend process improvements to enhance service effectiveness. Using your expertise you will manage activities related to hiring expats in alignment with the Michelin mobility workflow, act as a resource to stakeholders for end-of-assignment planning and localizations and manage the ongoing administration of expatriate compensation elements, ensuring data integrity. What will you do:

    • Serve as a central coordination point for all international employee moves. Address unique employee travel and immigration related concerns;
    • Apply mobility-related expertise in consultation with regional People Operations Leaders/HRBP’s/Business Leaders and other key stakeholders;
    • Provide business consultations on the most complex and high-level matters to develop strategies to mitigate risk while providing timely solutions;
    • Serve as partner and point of contact with outside counsel and third-party vendors providing immigration, relocation, and mobility support in particular jurisdictions;
    • Provide direction on complex issues, policy exceptions and service any critical business travel/immigration situations.
    Qualifications and experience required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Economics or related field;
    • At least 2 year experience in Global Mobility/ International assignment;
    • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)/ French is a plus;
    • Experience at large multi-national;
    • Ability to understand and solve potentially sensitive issues;
    • The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw conclusions, generate alternatives, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative using quality data;
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
    • Customer Service experience ;
    • Case management experience.
