    Requirements

    Mandatory Skills Description:

    o Support experience as functional Ops engineer, being first line of interaction with users in case of any issue, functional or technical in nature
    o Experience with all sides of service management such as incident, problem and change management
    o Demonstrable experience on Finastra's Sophis (Functional and IT)
    o Experience in working with solutions on the Windows platform (Citrix, Windows servers, ...)

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    Testing and new regulatory requirements which rely heavily upon Sophis
    Risk management aspects of Sophis

    Project Description:

    International hub for technology & innovation, developing IT solutions across organization in areas such as Core Banking, Big Data, Financial Markets, Data Management, Touch Point Architecture and many more. By using the latest methodologies in software development, our fast growing team work for international projects that go beyond traditional banking.

    Responsibilities:

    Support: people to do 1st and 2nd line support on Sophis.
    Perfect profile is having a good ops engineer that can work on functional support activities to do all-round incident management (procedural part, technical part and functional part).
    Support works in 2 shifts: early: 08:00 - 14:00 and late : 14:00 - 20:00 CET.
