Essential Requirements:
• Up to 1 year of related experience
• Good Analytical skills
• Very good English and Portuguese written and verbal skills

Desirable Requirements:
• A keen eye for detail to spot any issues that may arise
• Spanish language skills will be an added advantage

What you’ll achieve

As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will provide support in the Fraud Prevention process, Do Investigation, support resolution of queries and compliance to Customer Privacy Policy. You will also respond to customer queries.

You will be:
- Responsible for investigation of Fraud risks involving customers and suppliers
- Responsible for Performing the investigation and Analysis of Address, Email and Contacts.
- Responsible to Serves as liaison with other departments, customers and third parties to obtain necessary information and documentation.
- Responsible to do Advance review on GAFT tool.
