    • University degree in finance / accounting / economics;
    • 5 - 8 years’ experience in a Big 4 environment and / or an international organisation, out of which 3+ years’ experience as a Tax specialist;
    • Very good analytical skills;
    • Excellent skills in MS Excel;
    • Able to guide and partner with other teams in order to ensure appropriate tax processes are being used;
    • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively;
    • High level of responsibility and ability to work unsupervised;
    • High degree of resolve to navigate obstacles and solve problems;
    • Able to work under tight deadlines with little direction or oversight, multi-task and be flexible to cope with changing priorities;
    • Be forward thinking, anticipate tax business needs proactively, and manage accordingly.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities
    • Fiscal consultancy regarding the Group's taxation;
    • Managing the calculation method of VAT (submission of declaration) for each company in the Group;
    • Managing the calculation of profit tax for each company in the Group;
    • Transfer Pricing: ensure adherence to the Transfer Pricing concept and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation;
    • Revision of VAT legislation;
    • Implements monitoring processes for managing fiscal issues and provides input in order to optimize fiscal processes;
    • Ensures the company's adaptation to all legislative and fiscal changes;
    • Provides tax consultancy for concluding commercial contracts;
    • Supervises and provides tax advice for the company in case of controls by the authorities;
    • Supervises and monitors the new tax laws and informs the management of the obligations on the Group;
    • Participate in due diligence activities to advise the Finance Team on tax consequences;
    • Tax Audits: Evaluate requests and participate in developing strategies. Support the implementation of tax audit strategies;
    • Manage the relationship with external tax advisors.
