    Skills and Qualifications

    University degree
    Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
    Regional flexibility (driving licence B)
    Excellent social media skills and proven knowledge of recruiting tool / employer branding
    Professional experience: at least 2 years professional experience in services or HR services etc

    Purpose of the position:

    Achieving set sales targets by consistent expansion and development of existing customers as well as new business relations
    Developing own sales activities focused on active, inactive and potential customers
    Responsible for maintaining a constant pipeline of orders
    Close cooperation with his assigned Recruiting Consultant in the processing of current orders and also assisting in the care for respective customers
    Active development and maintenance of customer and candidate pools
    Main objectives of the position:

    Business Development Activities

    Consistent expansion and development of existing and new business relationships according to sales targets (including through acquisition of new customers, support for existing customers, key selling)
    Informing and convince customers professionally of our Service Portfolio
    Active networking activities on client and candidate sites
    Can take over client owner function for selected existing customers
    Negotiates prices & creates offers

    Ensures complete data management in the database (client pool), meaning that all customer and d information (e. g. facts, contact data, orders, all activities, visits etc.) is documented correctly and archived in the database
    After-sales activities
    Decision-making authorities of the position:

    Autonomous preparation of offers and price negotiations with customers
    Independent definition of the search modes and candidate selection in cooperation with the Recruitment Consultant
