What we expect?
University or comparable degree in an IT-related field;
Profound professional experience in IT Consulting;

What you will do?
Analysis and documentation of customer requirements according to standardized methods;
Development of customer-specific applications as well as the coding of interfaces for external systems;
Performs the initial testing to ensure that the code performs as requested and demonstrates developed functionalities. Contribute to developing a Quality Assurance plan, with solutions for unit, regression, and acceptance testing;
Contributes for implementation and configuration of standard ServiceNow applications and modules like Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, CMDB, Reporting, etc.;
Identifies the areas of the code that needs to be developed over scripts and ServiceNow workflow objects to meet business requirements;
Collaborates with team members to scope, and design solutions to document business and technical needs.
