Cerinte
For one of our clients, world leader in the field of information technology, consulting and outsourcing services, we are recruiting a Senior Customer Experience Specialist with English/German for Bucharest.
Requirements:
Post-Secondary education completed;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Services environment;
Advanced working proficiency in English/ German;
Good skills in MS Office and SAP
Good verbal, written communication skills & accurate working style.
Main Responsibilities:
Successful booking and lifecycle handling of all product orders in the shortest time possible;
Accurately and on time performing of system updates: generate standard Sales Orders; Warranty Orders; RMA orders;
Accurately managing Goods receipt of orders on delivery and Out Bound Deliveries;
Coordinating with warehouse for arranging deliveries;
Insure communication flow between customer and our ISC units;
Follow up activities for customer invoicing to ensure better cash flow;
Managing creation or extension materials and Maintain Price List
Accurately executing approved Special Pricing correction;
Providing office support with all required administration activities;
Ensuring reports tracking maintenance: weekly, daily, monthly reports.
