- Available to work a daytime shift;
- Customer focus and fluent English speaking and comprehension skills;
- Must be able to communicate to customers in a professional manner and convey issues preventing order process effectively via phone & email;
- Basic typing skills and keyboard control functions to enhance data entry productivity.

- Respond to customer inquiries related to products and processes via phone & mail.
- Resolves customer questions, complaints and requests;
- Processing and monitoring clients’ deposits;
- Attention to detail;
- Emphasis on quality and strive towards zero defects within target productivity goals.

Schedule: 11:00 – 20:00/10:00 – 19:00 (Monday - Friday)
