For our business partner, a fintech company with a corporate structure, bringing innovation through a rage of products that satisfy the needs of investors in all categories, we are looking to hire a Senior VoIP Engineer to design, implement, support and maintenance the current VoIP network systems and applications.
You will be responsible to manage the design and support of VoIP communications, including servers, voice gateways, PBXs, SBCs and similar technologies.
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar position
Understanding of Asterisk/FreePBX systems
Knowledge of network administration and security principals, best practices and industry standards
Hands-on experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC) and Voice Gateways
Expert level knowledge of VOIP protocols such as SIP, RTP/SRTP including TLS
Experience working with switching and routing protocols
Very good knowledge of protocol and packet analysis
Strong understanding of H.323, MGCP & ISDN
Experience working with Linux and Windows server operating systems
Particularly good communication skills, analytical thinking and motivated
Proficient in English
Designs VoIP architecture with multiple providers
Installation, maintenance and management of all VoIP equipment such as: VoIP servers, gateways, PBX switches, servers, backup systems, network management and diagnostic tools;
Perform system tuning, configuration, upgrades, performance management, disaster recovery, and usage reporting as required.
Respond to network and VoIP challenges, both internally and externally
Analyze and troubleshoot internal and external VOIP issues
Prime access to international projects
