    For our business partner, a fintech company with a corporate structure, bringing innovation through a range of products that satisfy the needs of investors in all categories, we are looking for a Helpdesk/ IT Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance.

    You will be responsible to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, install applications and programs, resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
    Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role
    Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
    Hands-on experience with Networking & Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
    Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
    Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
    Proficient in English
    Nice to have: VOIP experience

    Responsabilitati

    Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
    Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
    Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
    Ensuring all faults are progressed & cleared within SLA – escalating to other internal and external teams
