Requirements:

 5-10 years related work experience managing enterprise client computing environment
 Experience with Endpoint solutions and Collaboration Technologies to improve the employee experience and increase productivity
 Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS
 Strong Virtual Desktop technology experience with VMWare and Citrix technologies
 Working knowledge Endpoint Management for example JAMF, Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, SCCM
 Scripting and Automation
 Understanding of geographically diverse environments
 Strong Communication Skills – verbal and written
 Excellent customer service and organizational skills
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities:

 Manage multiple projects and work assignments that are short to medium term in duration
 Function as a lead on technology projects in the client computing space with the ability to work closely with Solution Architect to ensure alignment with future state objectives
 Partner with team members to develop 3-year strategy, roadmaps and drive execution
 Responsible for the analysis and making recommendations on enterprise standard for endpoints.
 Partner effectively with key vendors to deliver solutions that enable the improved employee experience
 Research new technical capabilities and work with team members to define direction and make recommendation on course of action.
 Partner effectively with other Enterprise Technology Experience teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed end user expectations.
