Experience on a similar position for at least one year;
Advanced level of English;
Attention to details, good organization skills;
Good communication and presentation skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Offering assistance to the Rental Manager ;
Calling leads and scheduling appointments for Rental Manager;
Showing model apartment and building to prospective clients; follow up with client next day after showing;
Reviewing signed contract and maintaining accurate records;
Overseeing contract renewals 2 months prior to expiration of contract, tracking and follow-up;
Calling tenants and ask if they will renew, scheduling time for them to come to sign renewal contracts;
Monitoring rent collection and assisting with tenant follow up;
Updating rent collections spread sheet when payments are received;
Creating weekly reports.
