Our colleagues in the Supply Chain - Transportation team in Bucharest are looking for a new Transportation Planner.

As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food we’ll be looking at you to be the main link between haulier and custom broker on the Brexit lanes to ensure excellence in transport execution and service.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
Language skills- English (Required)
Proficient knowledge of a Transport Management System
Understanding of transportation rules and regulations; standard processes and business policies
Ability to develop and manage client and carrier relationships
Experience in a shared services, process driven or service center environment
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office
High level of knowledge of Import/export process

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Running all Brexit report in order to track planning loads and delivered loads.
- Respond the haulier all the questions related to custom clearance process
- Provide any information that the custom brokers need in order to create the clearance like BBE, Labeling and product ingredients for ITA&ES
- Validate if all the invoices and CMRs was created on time and uploaded in the CPG portal
- Validate that all the information is shared on time to the haulier
- Track the SLA’s defined with KGH
- Change RDD in Transporeon and SAP when some shipment has delays because of custom clearance.
- Create packing list including Statement of origin
- Analyzes and optimizes custom clearance activities
- Identify network opportunities and drive changes
