    Requirements

    •Minimum of 10 years working experience in the Labtech and/or Medtech sector
    •University degree in natural sciences (human medicine, veterinary medicine, molecular biology, molecular diagnostics, microbiology, biotechnology, chemistry,..)
    •Good knowledge and high level network in the healthcare system
    •Proficiency in MS Office
    •Familiarity with local tender procedures
    •Experience in business planning and organization
    •English and Romanian business fluent
    •Willingness to travel & flexibility
    •Experience in leadership and management skills
    •Strong communication skills
    •Driving license B

    Responsibilities

    In this role you will be reporting to the Executive Vice President of the headquarters in Vienna. Developing the local business, growing revenues & profit by securing and increasing business with existing key accounts and identifying new key accounts belong to your daily business.
    Your responsibilities in detail:
    •Developing the local business, grow revenues and profit
    •Development of local sales forecast, budget & headcount planning
    •Building of business with new key accounts and accounts to support growth
    •Definition of marketing & sales strategy and local price politics
    •Surveillance of sales and profit target on a monthly basis
    •Monitoring the market and identification of development trends
    •Analyses of legislative, financial, technological and social opportunities/limitations
    •Planning of marketing activities
    •Relationship with VIP customers
    •Implementation of customer activities in CRM
    •Preparation of tenders & authorization of offers
    •Business meetings with customers, suppliers, financial bodies and governmental institutions in Romania and abroad
    •Participation in training and sales Meetings at the company's and suppliers sites
    •Reporting to the management in emergency situations and unforeseen development of business

    Our client with headquarters in Vienna and subsidiaries in CEE is a distributor of medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics, life sciences, vet & food, clinical IT.

    For the location in Bucharest we are now looking for a personality with experience in the Labtech and/or Medtech sector.
