    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    • Cunoasterea limbii germana, la un nivel mediu-avansat: scris si vorbit si limba engleza la nivel mediu;
    • Cunostinte operare PC si MS Office;
    • Bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare cu clientii;
    • Orientare spre rezolvarea problemelor;
    • Abilitatea de a reactiona rapid la cerintele clientilor;
    • Bune abilitati de management al timpului;
    • Adaptabilitate si capacitatea de a gasi solutii cu usurinta la problemele clientilor;
    • Proactivitate.

    Responsabilitati

    • Gestioneaza relatia cu clientul prin monitorizarea canalelor de comunicare alocate;
    • Identifica problemele clientilor si urmeaza proceduri pre-stabilite pentru a rezolva problemele in mod corect si in timp util, sau aloca problemele altor departamente implicate;
    • Solicita clientilor informatii(documente, printscreen-uri) pentru a intelege mai bine problemele acestora;
    • Intelege nevoile de business ale clientilor si mentine un nivel ridicat de satisfactie al acestora;
    • Activitati administrative legate de gestionarea clientilor: introducerea cazurilor in sistemul informatic, alte activitati administrative cu privire la gestionarea cazurilor si documentelor primite de la clienti.
