Marketing Trainee (Full Time 8h/day) - Nestle Needs YOUth

If you are curious, driven, have a creative view and a passion for marketing, then we have a place for you in our Marketing Confectionery team, as a full time (8h/day) member, for a period of 1 year!

You may be perfect for the role if you are:

• A student or fresh graduate
• Curious, driven and persistent
• A Marketing passionate, eager to constantly evolve
• A great planner with analytical skills
• A good user of Excel and Power Point
• A good communicator, speaking flawlessly both in Romanian and in English
• Already experienced in internships or volunteering

• Develop a deep understanding of consumer behaviors, based on analyzing sales reports
• Work on communication materials & marketing campaigns
• Follow up campaigns & evaluate KPIs
• Perform general office administration tasks, pitching-in wherever is needed
• Be exposed to our business and the FMCG market
