    Cerinte

    • Completed studies in the domain and relevant additional training preferred
    • Relevant business experience of min 5 years or more in HR, preferably in a multinational environment or HR consultancy with a focus on compensation topics
    • In-depth knowledge and professional application of methods + tools for analysis, planning, implementation, controlling and closing of projects, incl. stakeholders
    • Professional with good network and a profound understanding of service orientation
    • High intrinsic focus on quality and detail orientation
    • Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
    • High affinity for data
    • Significant experience in Microsoft Excel
    • Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German desirable, any other language will be an advantage.

    Responsabilitati

    • Control tasks resulting from the directive authority:

     Observation of current trends in the area of Compensation & Benefits
     Conception and implementation of new as well as further development of existing systematics & processes (also within the scope of projects and in cooperation with external consultants)
     Mentoring: Support of the operational HR departments worldwide in the implementation and application of globally standardized policies, systems and processes (taking local requirements into account)
     Control and monitoring of compliance with agreed systematics & processes

    • Operational tasks:

     Central administration of the grading matrix and evaluation of jobs (job grading)
     Extraction of salary benchmarks as well as development and maintenance of pay bands
     Preparation of the annual compensation review process incl. administration of the compensation management software (Haufe Talent Management)
     Maintenance and updating of the management level (systematics & data consolidation)
     Carrying out Group-wide queries concerning compensation
     Preparation of reports and handling of ad-hoc inquiries on all above mentioned topics
