UI/UX Designer

With over 25 years of experience on the Romanian HR market, PROHUMAN APT (former APT Resources & Services) is the one of the biggest players in the industry, a force concentration evenly deployed across different specialties. Having approximate 4000 employees (mostly higher educated) in BPO and temporary work assignments, as of 2021, PROHUMAN APT ranks in the Top 3 HR providers in Romania.

We are searching for someone to create a landscape of how our customers engage with our products from start to finish. This person will do initial wireframes and create full Sketch files for frontend developers to build on.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field (depending on past experience);
Mastery in English;
-Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role;
-Understanding of user-centric design processes and design thinking;
-Experience in building and managing UX portfolio and collaboration within agile teams to help drive results and create winning products;
-Knowledge of prototyping and wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, Wireframe.cc and InVision);
-Should ideally have Oracle BMI, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce experience in the CPQ/CRM space.

Responsibilities:

-Apply Agile Project management tools in gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
-Measure and optimize applications to improve ease of use (usability), and create the best user experience;
-Exploring different approaches to solve end-users' problems together with product owners and business analysts;
-Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps, create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables);
-Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like;
-Prepare and present prototypes / mock-ups to internal teams and key stakeholders and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback (iterative process).
