    Requirements

    At least 2-3 years experience in payroll

    Strong communication and coordination skills, clear logical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility

    Proficiency in Excel

    Good understanding of HR Employment Law and practice. The Human Resources Inspector qualification can be an advantage.

    Fluency both oral and written in English

    Capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information

    Responsibilities

    Manage and own the accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll

    Attendance management and support for the employees

    Handle the contracts and collaboration with different suppliers (medical, HR services suppliers, recruitment agencies, benefits)

    In charge of the onboarding, exit process and feedback 1&1 meetings with the employees

    Active involvement in the recruitment process (active search, phone screening etc)

    Participate in HR Projects (help organize different events);

    Identify training and development needs across the business, prioritizing those related to business requirements.

    Manage the trainer rewards and department Training programs.

    Manage employee award programs and other developmental programs including new employee development.

    Manages activities related to personnel administration: employment contracts, additional documents, updating and managing databases, archiving employee documents
