Bachelor degree in Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar job, preferably in automotive (electronics is advantage)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of Customer Specific Requirements
Proven experience with automotive quality-related standards such IATF, BIQs, VDA, CQIs, layer process audits, product audits and at least 1 year managing audits.
Ability to function in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities
Fast reaction to changes
Capacity to work under pressure, with deadlines
Strong skills in English language
Flexibility to travel

Assures the implementation of IATF 16949 , Customer Specific and VLSER system requirements.
Responsible for the entire QMS of the company
Reviews and coordinates internal and external audits, follow-up corrective action plans, reports status internally and externally
Plans, leads and performs internal audits to ensure compliance of Quality System with internal and external requirements
Ensures on time completion of the corrective actions derived from non-conformities, opportunities
Systematically analyzes trends, results, to identify areas of improvement
Reports Audit results, Quality Management System performance to Top Management
Ensures Document Control process is carried out according to internal/ external regulations.
Leads initiatives to improve quality management processes and documentation
Deployment and training in quality system tools such are: LPA, Product Audits, VDA, BIQS, CQIs, etc
Standardizes best practices in the plant quality management system.
