Minimum 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist
Good knowledge about training & qualification activities
Experience in the automotive field
Very good presentation & communication skills
Proactive & problem solving
Excellent PC skills, specially Excel
English skills
IPC Certification would be a plus

Determining the necessary of direct & indirect employees in close collaboration with the business
Recruitment and selection process for direct & indirect employees( interviews, tests, collaboration with leasing agencies)
Onboarding activities (job offers, contract signing, training, regular follow ups, trial period evaluation) & entire employee lifecycle(transfers, promotions, maternities, termination) for direct & indirect employees
The relation with leasing agencies for all administrative aspects
Centralizing and analyzing monthly time sheets for direct & indirect employees
Collecting inputs and preparing monthly bonus files for direct & indirect employees
Plan & implement training and development programs
Updating the general organization chart
Coach & support to line managers for Performance Management & Development processes for direct & indirect employees
Implement the annual training plan
Regular & ah hoc HR reports
