    Job Description:

    - Develop and implement global G IT IN OCS Operations strategies;

    - Manage the service provisioning budget;

    - Perform budget forecast in alignment with Global Controlling;

    - Identify and implement cost savings opportunities in alignment with the global organization;

    - Responsible for personnel management and development within own areas of Operations;

    - Understand, assess and communicate the required competencies and skills of the service providers;

    - Collaborate with the Service Providers and their onsite coordinators/supervisors with all related internal organizations (Virtual Teams);

    - Ensure that all escalations related to the services of Operations are handled properly and resolved timely;

    - Analyze the external provider's Service Report, and follow the internal process;

    - Maximize the utilization of the external capacities;

    - Ensure service operations within the globally set KPI's for all supported services;

    - Ensure all supported Change Tasks are closed on time during the working hours;

    - Ensure high quality support to internal customers by minimizing the number of reclamations and re-open tickets;

    - Drive knowledge management and lessons learnt by documenting solutions to new incidents and updating knowledge items for recurring incidents.

    Job Requirements:

    - Bachelor or Master degree in Computer sience, Engineering or related field;

    - Minimum 3 years of management experience;

    - Minimum 3 years of expertise in the area of Service Operation;

    - Minimum 2 years of experience in managing strategic and operations projects in an international environment;

    - Experience in leading organizations > 5 employees, preferably globally distributed, including the associated budget responsibilities;

    - Fluent in English (German a plus).
