The job entails providing analytical support to banking activities, understanding specific business requirements, analyzing data regarding customers.
Minimum University degree level in in Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics / Mathematics/ Statistics / Economics/ Finance, Banking or similar fields.
Strong business analytical skills; ability to work with, interpret and synthesize multiple data sources.
Ability to independently investigate, discover data and build reports.
Database knowledge & experience in working with data analytics & statistical packages (SPSS, SQL etc.) data discovery and data visualization tools (SAP Business Objects).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Advanced level of English.
The role involves building marketing campaigns management framework across
segments & distribution channels.
Undertaking data collection, researching the customer base, analyzing data regarding
Supporting marketing campaigns initiatives.
Ensures the testing, planning, execution, and control of efficient sales funnel in campaigns.
Tracks campaigns metrics.
Executing day-to-day reporting, perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
Implement and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing business requirements or customer satisfaction.
