We develop software solutions for control units and offer services for the whole Power Train. We work on new topics like Virtual/Augmented Reality and Vehicle Electrification, as well as on existing solutions for combustion Engine Control Units and Tool Development for supporting the automotive SW development process. You will shape our IT-Environment, which enable our State-of-the-Art technologies to be integrated in a reliable IT-Ecosystem, and support our business partners within the whole international Bosch-Group to develop their digital business-models and processes. Your tasks will shape the development of a world-wide IT- infrastructure, Web applications and various app developments for SW Platforms and specific solutions.

Education:

• Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable;

Know-how:

• Python programming skills;
• Software integration and Automation testing tools (e.g. Jenkins, Selenium web Driver, Test Complete, Ranorex, etc.);
• Basics of Web apps fundamentals (Web apps architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
• Basic Database operations (MySQL);
• ISTQB/ BBST/ CTFL/ CSQA or CSTE certification is an advantage;

Personality:

• Good communication skills and you like to share your knowledge with our junior colleagues;
• Passion for new technologies and innovation;
• The ability to adapt and to synthetize;

Languages spoken:

• A good level of English;German can be an advantage;

Nice to have:

• Willingness to travel,scientific research experience;

What you do:

• Design,develop and maintain the test automation infrastructure from scratch for the web and desktop software applications developed and used in the automotive industry;
• Develop procedures and execute tests and interpret the results;
• Set up & configure testing environments;
• Active participation in the root-cause error analysis, problem finding and debugging;
• Communicate effectively with development teams to ensure the highest quality of our software solutions;
• Continuously improve the performance of the existing testing environments;
• Provide technical expertise in bug analysis,investigate and report bugs;
