    Responsabilitati

    Responsible for achieving the program objectives in compliance with the commitments made to the Business in accordance with the entity’s strategic guidelines and the Sponsor’s expectations:
    • Responsible for achieving the program’s objectives within the budget, deadlines and quality of the deliverables
    • Clarify and challenge the need on the different axes of the program
    • Define the objectives and deadlines for carrying out the projects constituting the program
    • Manage the risks that may arise during the implementation of the programme. Ensure that the needs and resources needed to implement the program are adequate Propose innovative solutions and/or services
    • Identify the impacts of the program to anticipate and accompany the necessary changes at the strategic level of the entity.
    • Organize and ensure passage through appropriate governance bodies

    Steering the program’s portfolio of projects and the associated budget for its implementation:
    • Measure and monitor the progress of the program
    • Make decisions with regard to impacts on costs, quality and deadlines by integrating the business value created
    • Ensure alerts are sent back when necessary and quality and appropriate reporting
    • Ensure interoperability tests of all project deliverables
    • Integrate change management into its program and contribute to it for activities that concern it
    • Develop the program deployment plan with all stakeholders and ensure its implementation
    • Ensure the transition of projects to maintenance mode
    • Taking stock and closing the program

    Ensuring a functional management role across a project portfolio:
    • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and clients of the program
    • Lead and coordinate program teams
    • Ensure that project team members monitor the objectives of the program
    • Contribute, where appropriate, to the evaluation of program actors

    Coordinate projects, manage interdependencies and challenge implementation solutions:
    • Coordinate the proper execution of the program projects with a view to maintaining overall consistency and, where appropriate, make the necessary adjustments
    • Manage interdependencies between projects and ensure proper management of interfaces between all actors
    • Challenging implementation solutions with a view to simplifying and optimizing the functional heritage
