• Manges VPN setup and managing;
• Solves hardware problems;
• Integrate existing tools;
• Setup computers remotely;
• Has good knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, Sharepoint administration.
• Building Power Apps;
• Microsoft Dynamics;
• Power Automate.
• Providing IT assistance to staff;
• Track the technical issues and prove the right solutions;
• Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems;
• Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics;
• Prioritize the problems that need to be solved;
• Work together as part of a highly-dynamic cross-functional agile team in a variety of lightweight processes to drive and deliver on new product objectives;
• Review component designs to ensure compatibility with the end-to-end system design;
• Document work where applicable in accordance with agreed standards.
