Requirement understanding and solution design: Be able to understand customer network and business requirements and design solutions based on product, competition, profitability, and deliverability;
Customer communication and guidance: Be able to effectively transfer the value of products and solutions;
Project operation capability: Be able to develop solution strategies, implement solutions, and achieve project success;
IP expertise. Be familiar with TCP/IP network knowledge;
Be familiar with basic protocols of routers and switches;
Be familiar with datacom product knowledge;
Be proficient in applying related solutions and have knowledge of cross-product-domain solutions;
Be familiar with the composition and status of customer networks in the industry market;
Be familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream vendors' products;
Be able to communicate with technical customers of carriers and be able to design and communicate solutions for future network transformation;
Gain insights into the problems and challenges of the customer's live network, propose future-oriented network architecture design based on the industry development trend, and provide technical suggestions on network evolution;
Gain insights into the industry environment, competition, customer strategies and pain points of the carrier network business solutions, identify industry development trends, market opportunities, and threats, develop roadmaps with key customers, and guide the incubation of scenario-based solutions.
