35 years’ experience in wireless/radio solution sales domain;
Familiar with wireless solutions and have participated in relevant solution development, product management, or marketing support;
Have a strong customer service awareness and be able to understand customer requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and promotion capabilities;
Strong sense of initiative and teamwork spirit;
Be diligent and dedicated to the role.
Formulate and provide wireless network construction strategies based on customers' business and network construction requirements, formulate overall solution sales strategies, and conduct customer communication and guidance;
Take responsibility for building the wireless market presence, sales orders, and profitability of the accounts;
Be responsible for the customer requirements of the accounts, and build and continuously promote the competitiveness of wireless solutions;
Provide consultation on evolution planning of existing networks. Gain insights into network characteristics, analyze network weaknesses and customer pain points, customize spectrum and network evolution solutions, and support customers' technical network construction ideas.
