    For our customer, a diversified technology and manufacturing leader, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with French.

    Requirements:

    • University Degree;
    • French Fluent;
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with contract administration expertise;
    • Eager to learn and work in a changing and fast-growing environment;
    • Customer and action oriented;
    • Self-motivated with good communication skills;
    • Proven organizational and self-motivation abilities;
    • Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in various countries;
    • Interpersonal skills;
    • Any other European Language skills a plus (English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch).

    Responsabilitati

    • Customer order processing in ERP system;
    • Ensure good document control;
    • Requisitioning parts, materials, services;
    • Follow credit approval process (including dispute resolution);
    • Execute Approved Special Pricing correction;
    • Enables communication flow between customer and ISC units;
    • Logistics Activities- coordinating with Factories for arranging deliveries;
    • Coordinating with warehouse for arranging deliveries;
    • Follow up activities for customer invoicing to ensure better cash flow;
    • Expedites (work with planning, manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, & customer);
    • Outbound & Return Logistics Issues;
    • Coordination for Cost Invoice from factory;
    • Customer Invoicing;
    • Customer Credit Notes;
    • Reports Tracking maintenance: weekly, daily, monthly reports.
