    Our Finance & Accounting specialists find efficient solutions to ensure the smooth running of all finance and accounting processes.

    Controlling Shared Service portfolio includes a broad range of services such as cost center controlling, budgeting and forecasting, controlling of internal and external charging, monthly business reporting, and sales analysis.

    Qualifications

    • Education: University Degree in Finance/Economics/Economical Engineering/Business Mathematics/Business Informatics;
    • Languages: English Advanced;
    • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, SAP R/3 (CO/FI);
    • Working Practice: You have at least 3 years of experience in controlling or finance. You have knowledge of generally accepted accounting and financial principles;
    • Flexibility in a volatile environment;
    • High customer and service orientation with high communication skills;
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues;
    • Collaboration: You are a collaborative team player with a "can-do" mentality. You enjoy working in an international team.

    Job Description

    • Being part of the Business Unit Controlling Home and Garden team (Power Tools for Home and Garden). Taking part in regular team meetings as a virtual team member. Close collaboration and communication with the whole team.
    • Responsibility for cost center controlling for defined cost centers. Including reporting, planning, forecasting and regular alignment with cost center owners. Ensuring a close collaboration with respective Business Partner.
    • Consolidation of intercompany relationships
    • Supporting Business Unit specific Sales Forecasting in close collaboration with Business Partner.
    • Defined reporting for Business Unit-, Product-, Country-, and Customer management.
      Supporting as well ad-hoc requests.
    • Develop and shape business services to a mature level. Continuous improvement of BSS related controlling tools and processes.
