    Cerinte

    o University degree, ideally in Marketing /Business Administration;
    o At least 2 years experience in a similar role;
    o Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, display advertising, PPC and SEM);
    o Strong communication skills, planning, creative and good presentation skills;
    o Team player, flexibility, adaptability;
    o Basic understanding of coding;
    o Basic knowledge HTML and a couple of programming languages – represent an advantage;
    o Complex knowledge of PC operation (World, Excel, Power Point);
    o In online marketing area, social media tools, various content formats, will be considered an advantage;
    o Business language English (written, read, spoken); knowledge of any other foreign languages will be considered an advantage;

    Responsabilitati

    o Evaluating the needs of the consumer market, identify trends and insights;
    o Designing and developing effective online marketing campaigns for the Group brands (both on its own and with digital agencies);
    o Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively;
    o Optimizing content for the website/websites and social media platforms;
    o Working with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc;
    o Initiating and putting together various online promotions and e-mailing campaigns to get their company's message out;
    o Overall supervision of all online marketing actions related to the Group’ brands;
    o Ensuring and following the optimal use of the budgeted resources allocated for the online actions;
    o Tracking the website/websites and social media platforms traffic flows;
    o Managing social media engagement;
    o Implementing and analyzing performance metrics;
    o Improve our ecommerce presence via implementation of “beautiful basics”;
    o Measuring and assessing goals vis-à-vis ROI;
    o Staying current in marketing trends and news (e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms);
    o Working in a team, knowing the company's capabilities, understanding customer needs, and finally, be able to combine all these for the benefit of the Group’ brands and business and actions’ that need to be taken;
    o Permanent collaboration with the internal departments to obtain the best services in placing in the market and subsequent follow-up of the brands;
    o Providing internal reports on a regular basis, according to direct manager and/or management requests.
