    Responsibilities

    Main responsibilities:
    • Provides e-mail and phone assistance regarding the products delivery status and return;
    • Cooperates with accounting department and service providers in order to ensure the (re) payments work smoothly and flowless;
    • Demonstrate empathy towards the customer’s needs and concerns, while maximizing the opportunity to develop a relationship with the customer;
    • Participates to team and performance improvement activities (workshops, trainings, coaching, incentives).
