•BA/BS degree in Civil Engineering.
•AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required.
•Landfill design and stormwater, erosion and sediment control design experience.
•MicroStation experience helpful.

Duties:•Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
•Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
•Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
•Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.
•Performs quality control review of drawings.
•Prepares technical specification sections.
•Designing and preparing stormwater and grading plans for pond closure.
•Construction quantity takeoffs for cost estimating.
•Supporting calculations for earthwork.
•Stormwater management design.
•Assisting in report preparation, site reconnaissance, and communications with the AECOM project team.
•Analyze reports, maps, drawings, tests, and other topographical and geological data to plan and design projects;
•Incorporates schedules, budgets and project criteria into Civil design and layouts.
•Assists design team in preparation for reports, plans and other submittals.
•Work closely with the project team, including civil, geotechnical, mechanical engineers, surveyors to provide value to each project.
•Knowledge or experience with coal ash, landfill design, and development, and coal combustion residuals (CCR).
