Requirements

a) Professional

University Degree in Law;
Minimum 4 years of similar experience;
Excellent knowledge of competition law;
Excellent knowledge of digital economy/payments/technology;
Excellent skills of document drafting;
Previous involvement in competition law compliance programs;
Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities​

Advise on commercial and competition matters impacting traditional and new technology businesses;
Offers support and advice in negotiation of legal terms and conditions related to contracts and major projects;
Identifies potential risks for the development of projects with impact at company level (including transversal);
Prepares analysis and reporting related to the activity, according to ad-hoc requests from internal clients or top management;
Drafts law compliance policies and guidelines;
Proactively proposes mitigation measures for the identified risks.
