    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject
    • Experience in a similar role in a multinational production company/ chemicals/ consumer goods
    • Business acumen
    • Operations, Customer service, logistics experience
    • Good command of English language
    • Sales Experience Preferred and experience in cooperation with Sales team
    • Understanding of EHS and safety standards
    • People management experience


    • Develop and implement Facility budget plan and meet financial/budget objectives
    • Manage Operations and Customer Service team activities
    • Ensure wholesale customers are serviced appropriately to meet their expectations
    • Partner and support sales rep selling activities
    • Handle customer complaints
    • Ensure all transactions are handled properly through the computer operating system
    • Ensure all customer orders are accurately prepared and records maintained
    • Ensure orders are delivered to customers in a timely manner
    • Manage and maintain facility inventory levels to maximize sales and inventory turns
    • Conduct physical inventory
    • Ensure that the Facility is properly equipped and maintained to support the marketing plan
    • Ensure Facility full compliance with operating permit and environmental authorization
    • Ensure safety, loss prevention and security practices are followed according to policy and correct or report noncompliance
    • Ensure policies and procedures for handling hazardous material, are implemented appropriately and reported promptly as required, according to EHS written program and Standard Operating procedures
    • Assist in providing necessary input for development of annual budget and perform/direct review of all management financial reports and respond/resolve problems as necessary
    • Determine staffing needs, recruit Facility employees accordingly with proper approval, and establish work schedules as appropriate
    • Ensure that Facility staff performs at a level appropriate to meet Facility objectives by clearly communicating assignments and expectations, conducting performance appraisals and administering discipline as required
    • Manage the Facility within the guidelines of Quality Standards reviewing quality systems, conducting quality audits and maintaining and reviewing quality control records and reports
    • Define and implement Continuous Improvement plans
