    You will play an important part in the Finance Team which handles a lot of interesting and challenging projects for many different stakeholders.



    University degree in finance / accounting / economics;
    5+ years’ experience as a senior level auditor / controlling / accounting / analysis in an international organisation;
    Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis;
    Very good analytical skills;
    Excellent skills in MS Excel;
    Able to guide and partner with other teams in order to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used;
    A good understanding of accounting principles;
    Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively;
    High level of responsibility and ability to work unsupervised;
    High degree of resolve to navigate obstacles and solve problems;
    Able to work under tight deadlines with little direction or oversight, multi-task and be flexible to cope with changing priorities;
    Be forward thinking, anticipate business needs proactively, and manage accordingly.
    Capability to work independent, flexibility, organized, initiative, good team member, motivated, oriented on result and accuracy, good handle on working under pressure.


    ACCA member;
    Experience with working in Navision;
    Experience with online payments processing platforms and payment solution providers;




    The Business Analyst is the link between invoicing, accounting, vendor management, reconciliation, business and he/she must be proficient in performing core tasks in the requirements management process including:

    Act as a link with Reconciliation team to make sure all is recorded correctly and fast;
    Act as a link with Vendor management team on charged fees versus contracts;
    Invoicing controlling – Payment Service Providers, SSA and controlling on Revenues (compare with payment vendor fees, catch FX differences etc);
    Liquidity management and minimum balances computation;
    Quarterly MFSA reporting and coordinating with accountants and compliance officer to submit reports in time. Prepare other various MFSA, Central bank reports;
    Coordinate with auditors and the rest of the finance team to make sure that external / internal audit is performed in time and in a correct manner;
    Manual invoicing - maintaining manual calculation models updated on all vendors / clients;
    Business requirements - to improve invoicing application and reporting;
