    Cerinte

    REQUIREMENTS AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
    ● 3-5 years of experience in sales (B2C);
    ● High analytical skills for strategy development, business planning;
    ● Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills;
    ● Can do attitude;
    ● Self driven, able to work independently in matrix structure
    ● Driving license (B)
    ● Native Romanian and Fluent English

    Responsabilitati

    ● Maximize revenue by concentrating on highest potential companies in Romania due to pre-defined sales strategy;
    ● Search new prospects and build database;
    ● Setting targets and tracking of the KPIs;
    ● Supervising the implementation of the monthly sales targets;
    ● Implement, track and follow up on monthly activity sales operational targets;
    ● Preparing and implementing development plans;
    ● Creating weekly reports from sales;
    ● Keep contact with other departments during the daily operation;
