Recruitment Consultant

Our goal is to provide high quality recruitment and consultancy services to interested candidates of the romanian labor market, by making them take the right step forward and match goals with individual plans.

Min. 2 years recruitment experience in full cycle recruiting;
Good networker and excellent communication skills;
Able to work independently on projects;
Ability to handle multiple projects;
Fluency in English.

Your role will mainly consist of:

• Interacting with clients to understand the needs of recruitment and maintains contact with them throughout the recruitment process;
• Full cycle recruitment of the best candidates mainly for IT, Engineering, BPO&SSC, Finance and sales roles ;
• Conducting the behavioral and motivational evaluation of candidates through structured, competency-based interviews;
• Providing feedback to candidates involved in the process;
• Permanently updating the database of the recruitment department and produces periodic reports regarding the activity carried out;
• Providing team support and contributes to the knowledge base of the department on various recruitment / human resources topics.
