o University degree, ideally in Marketing;
o 4-5 years previous marketing experience, specifically within data;
o Strong data skills and the ability to interrogate and interpret data in support of commercial objectives;
o Digital marketing experience, with proven experience of delivering email campaigns supported by social media;
o Strong stakeholder manager, able to deal confidently with all levels of seniority and influence outcomes. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with stakeholders;
o Strong project management skills;
o Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities;
o Ability to learn about and understand company’ sector & portfolio and clients’ proposition.
o Knowledge of BI system, knowledge how to collect, analyze and interpret data from various surveys (e.g Nielsen);
o Complex knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables) Finance, P&L knowledge;
o Certificates: Power BI will be an advantage;
o Business language English (written, read, spoken); knowledge of any other foreign languages will be considered an advantage;
o Hold a driving license.
Great opportunity for an experienced alcoholic beverages marketer to join the business as a Consumer Business Insights Analyst. This is a permanent role based in Otopeni, Ilfov and is open to a determined and proactive person to act as a consumer advocate to represent the voice of the client in business decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
o Overall responsibility for the management of the data across various systems that interact with customers;
o This role will work with senior management supporting in defining strategic priorities and what additional support is required from Business Intelligence, IT, marketing, operations and trading teams;
o Be responsible for the maintenance, development, and integrity of the customer database, ensuring the data is accurate, current, and consistent;
o Organize primary research through standard methods or emerging digital methods;
o Handle external vendors to implement consumer research and control costs;
o Handle vendor relationships and database queries for customer satisfaction survey;
o Prepare consumer and business insights reports and other related documents;
o Obtain and communicate data to track business performance;
o Working in a team, knowing the company's capabilities, understanding customer needs, and finally, be able to combine all these for the benefit of the Group’ brands and business and actions’ that need to be taken;
o Permanent collaboration with the internal departments to obtain the best services in placing in the market and subsequent follow-up of the brands;
o Providing internal reports on a regular basis, according to direct manager and/or management requests.
