    Functional competencies:

    * Bachelor degree level, preferably in Economics/Supply Chain Management
    * Minimum 3 years Supply Chain experience, preferably FMCG
    * Additional certificates like APICS-CPIM and Lean Six Sigma are an advantage
    * Able to manage, lead change and drive continuous transformation
    * Strong analytical skills
    * Quickly analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
    * Transforms data and information into meaningful insights
    * Knowledge of retail (multi-channel) supply chains
    * Computer literate: Excel, Word, Power Point & solid understanding of demand planning systems, PowerBI is an advantage
    * English level advanced
    * If engaged with customer: customer management experience
