    We are a funny, loyal community of IT enthusiasts and we are looking for an IT Talent Sourcer to join our HR team based in Bucharest.
    Are you curious and persistent by nature? Do you have great communication skills and flair when it comes to people? Are you familiar with various sourcing tools and techniques?     How your profile looks like?

    • Relevant in-house experience in sourcing top of the market tech
    • Creativity and ability to think beyond the restrictions;
    • Continuous willingness to develop new skill sets and hone old ones;
    • Tech-savviness;
    • Curiosity;
    • Persistence;
    • To be very organized;
    • Experience managing clients, providing feedback, and updates on the progress;
    • A good communicator and open to give and receive feedback;
    • You are very flexible and adaptable;
    • You have good eye/ flair for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes in order to identify suitable candidates;
    • You have great English skills
    • And above all: you have passion for this area.

    How can you help us?
    • Work with the IT recruiter and hiring managers to help optimize sourcing efforts;
    •  Find and attract suitable candidates in the IT area;
    • Promote our employer brand;
    • Source candidates using various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, etc.);
    • Communicate with past applicants/ candidates regarding new job opportunities;
    • Implement and build modern sourcing/recruiting methods;
    • Help to develop talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns;
    • Find and engage active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques;
    • Being part of our HR team, you might be involved in cooking and staging many nice #ITSSCommunity related initiatives
