COMMODITY BUYER - IT & COMMUNICATION

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

•Technical or economic background, university degree preferred;
•2-3 years’ experience in purchasing or sales;
•Experience and affinity in the IT environment;
•Good communication and negotiation skills;
•Analytical thinking and strategic orientation;
•PC knowledge: MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage;
•Fluent German & English - mandatory.

YOUR TASKS

•Responsible for managing the product portfolio and purchasing activities related to Hellas hardware, software and IT services within the IT purchasing team;
•Autonomous management of tenders, assessment and negotiation of offers and fulfillment of business requirements;
•Responsible for achieving cost reduction targets and optimizing the supply chain;
•Handling requests from internal users to obtain the best conditions in terms of total cost, payment terms and delivery;
•Negotiate the best terms of business in consultation with the purchasing team leader and take a leading role within the cross-functional procurement team;
•Responsible for the active management of the supplier portfolio and ensuring the process compliant working mode during the supplier onboarding process.
