Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, in related field such as business administration, international commerce;
Customer Care experience: 2-3 years’ experience;
Good communication skills (clear, concise oral and written presentations) and interpersonal skills;
Fluent in English and French;
Problem-solving skills;
Quick learner, capable of adapting to new systems;
Flexibility to work in an international environment;
Manage your customers backlog;
Quote Customers according to DOA;
Follow and monitor backlog from order entry to delivery;
Customer account creation / maintenance;
Follow Customers accounts and help on various issue they may face
New PN creation requests and follow up;
Standard / Service / Samples / Web-EDI / EDI orders entry (Trade / Interco);
Chasing acknowledgment on unconfirmed orders;
Order maintenance in the system (pull in/push out/ splits /cancel);
Chasing acknowledgment on unconfirmed orders;
Follow and solve intercompany issues;
Organize the good handling of quotes, Part return, Samples shipments;
Complaint entry (TECHS, etc.);
Follow customer payment accuracy to help finance team (aging balance);
Enter / process credit notes on time;
Processing customer credit cards;
