    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar degree;
    Basic knowledge of computer developer tools and technology;
    Basic knowledge of sales processes;
    Exposure to CRM Systems, such us Salesforce is an advantage;
    Enterprise system integration background with Web Services and ETL;
    Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
    Experience with reactive web development frameworks such as Salesforce Lightning, Angular, React, and Vue;
    Solid knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases;
    Excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities;
    Technical experience with Apex, Triggers, and Visual Force will be preferred;
    Completion of Salesforce Certification E.g. Admin 201 / Dev 401 is ideal but not mandatory;
    Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and keep all stakeholders informed;
    Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment with little supervision


    Serve as primary system administrator for the environment with 925 users;
    Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks;
    Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades;
    Manage data feeds and other integrations;
    Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests;
    Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities;
    Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization;
    Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
